Here at YWAM Kristiansand we are a staff team that is international, and that consists of young, great leaders together with people with years of experience in leadership and pioneering in Norway, in the nations and among the unreached.
We want YWAM Kristiansand to be a place that is a safe training ground, and our goal is to have and create an environment that makes it possible for you to take new steps with God in a safe and faith-filled community. We welcome people with their gifts, talents and desires — and wish to cheer people on in stepping into their calling and purpose as leaders.
As a base we have different possibilities for you to serve as a staff — currently we have opportunities such as base staff working with hospitality, maintenance, administration, missions office and kitchen, DTS staff and BELT Bootcamp staff. To join staff you need to:
— Have completed a YWAM Discipleship Training School
— Send us an application and two reference forms (preferably one from a YWAM leader)
