During the DTS there is school staff that will mentor you as you attend the DTS. The DTS staff will lead small-groups, have one-on-one mentoring with you, lead prayer and worship, are in most of the teaching, make the practical part of the school go well, pray for you as a student and they lead teams on outreach.

To become DTS staff you need to have done a DTS yourself. Some of our DTS staff did their DTS last year, and some did theirs 16 years ago. They all have a calling from God and a personal relationship to God that they want to pass on to you.
